First segment: Roundtable discussion with students from Franklin and Otis Jr. High Schools. The children say their names and describe what they've been doing as Youth Builders. Students from East Harlem talk about cleaning up their neighborhood. Otis Jr. High students talk about working with schools in Philadelphia, and Franklin students have worked with UN Save the Children. Discussion of another program to stop discrimination, teach English to children who don't speak it, stop teasing of disabled children.
Second segment: Begins abruptly. Interview with Angelina Kruppe, a parent of Junior High School 29, in Brooklyn. She agrees with the points the students made at Youth Forum regarding juvenile delinquency: parents out for the "almighty dollar" are doing a great injustice to their children. She suggests inviting the children's friends in to the home to monitor whether or not their friends are the right people. The influence of comics on children.
