Children and Radio - United Parents Association. Mrs. Rose Culbert, Chairman of the UPA Radio Committee with a discussion on Radio for Children. She shares her thoughts with Mrs. Estelle Bravarian and Mrs. Bell Cosmides. Children are listening to the radio past 8:30 at night!!!!! And they're listening to horror stories. Not enough good news shows for children. Mrs. Culbert has the voice of a nine-year-old. Too many of the adult programs repulse even me with their poor content, And my pet peeves are those so--called comedy shows where someone curses and the audience thinks it funny."
