Composer Ned Rorem, who recently turned 80, has composed art songs, symphonies, and other works. Perhaps less well-known are his compositions for organ, some of which will be performed next week at New York’s Riverside Church. Rorem and Dean talk life, death, and music, and we hear organ excerpts performed by Gregory D’Agostino. Produced by Emily Botein.
