Television writer and producer John Markus has mastered the art of the sitcom, as evidenced by the Emmys he’s won for his work on “The Cosby Show” and “The Larry Sanders Show.” But his true passion – the art form to which he’s devoted hours of research – is barbeque. He serves up his philosophy of both TV and barbeque on a summer’s afternoon. Produced by Amanda Aronczyk.
