Nomi (David Garland)Nomi Returns
Singer and songwriter Nomi first visited Spinning On Air in 2006, and since then she's been involved in several projects, including this summer's big neo-disco hit album Hercules and Love Affair, and that group's world tour of performances.
Back in 2006 Nomi's band featured cello and theremin, and produced an intense but gentle sound. This time the intensity increases as Nomi's new band performs in the WNYC studio, and Nomi talks with host David Garland about recent rumors, her experiences, and her music which manages to be both glamorous and personal.

Just beautiful!
Exotic fun!
I heard this while I was in my studio recording my flute. I had to stop and listen to Nomi's beautiful music. I was moved to play along! She's really got the feel, The music is very well conceived and put together. As a producer I would predict a very successful and important career
refreshing
I loved the show and love Nomi's music. I had never been exposed to anything she has done but I can't wait to hear much more from her!
