Scott Matthew
Scott Matthew writes songs that have immediacy. They reach listeners through a combination of simplicity and elegance, but most importantly through the unusually soulful intensity of Scott’s voice. Several of Scott's songs are heard in the film Shortbus, where they help to express the emotional heart of that sometimes outrageous movie. Australian-born, now Brooklyn-based Scott Matthew joins host David Garland in the WNYC Studio to talk about his songs and to perform them with bassist Eugene Lemcio and pianist Marisol Limon Martinez.

Scott Matthew is the first performer, in my 45 years of existence, that has managed to turn me into a fawning parasite.
By him, I am entranced!
If I were wealthy...I would be his benefactor...if only to perpetuate the beauty he creates, and I adore.
Peace.

I am a huge fan of Scott, since i've seen Shortbus. I've discovered this today and been listening to it over and over again. Great show by the way. I love the way David Garland treat Scott as a guest and musician. I will probably listen to other shows too. But, toget to the point. Is there any way i can get this recording broken down in tracks?
Peace!
no other musician has the ability to move my feelings right inside my chest as he does when i hear him sing.
AMAZING! PURE ART ;)
THANKS SCOTT
