Old American Songs
Well, we have to admit that they're getting old, but they remain more than just spry - they're vital and surprising. These old American songs mostly date back to the 1960s, when new kinds of songs emerged: protest songs, comment songs, questioning songs. We'll hear from Phil Ochs, Bob Dylan, Nina Simone, and many others.
