Here's some music with rhythmic and melodic power; music for bursting forth after a long, snowy winter. David Garland presents music from warm places like Brazil, New Orleans, India, and...Brooklyn; music vibrating with a pulse that comes from Africa. New recordings by tUnE-yArDs, Soema Montenegro, and others, mix with classics by Baden Powell and Vinicius De Moraes, Ravi Shankar, and Dr. John the Night Tripper.

I'm having trouble hearing some of the artist's names, etc. to try to find the music for purchase. In particular, the producers of the album "Jaw". Any additional reference would be greatly appreciated.
OMG! Dr, John the Night Tripper.
One of the first 3 albums I owned. I was maybe 12 and I stole it from Johns Bargain store in Ridgewood, when it was still BROOKLYN!
Thanks. Good stuff. No, great stuff.
Your show is amazing this evening! Keep it up!
