Christian Marclay collages sound, layering and juxtaposing recordings, making a richly referential musical experience. Marclay's work as composer, artist, and turntablist is on display at The Whitney Museum of American Art's Christian Marclay Festival, through Sept. 26. Host David Garland presents recordings of Marclay's turntable collages, including a portion of a Spinning On Air show from 1988 featuring Marclay in performance.
