Host David Garland has just returned from performing in the Homegame Festivalin Anstruther, Scotland, an annual event featuring an amazing array of non-traditional song. David encountered many performers he hadn't heard before, and shares some of that music here, including David Thomas Broughton, Rachel Dadd, Slow Club, The Hand, Wig Smith, and Men Diamler.

I tried listing to the program this evening, but found it impossible. If I were interested in was is on your damn blog, I would read it. On the radio, why can't you talk a whole lot less about the blog and play more music?

I'm loving this music tonight. I have to say that it certainly doesn't sound typically Scottish. Or even the least little bit. Are these all Scottish performers?
