Hannah Marcus returns to Spinning On Air with new songs and a new ensemble to play them. A group that includes piano, tuba, trumpet, guitar, and double bass makes it harder than ever to fit Hannah into any narrow category, but allows her to create beautiful and unusual accompaniments for her thoughtful songs. Most recently on Spinning On Air as a member of The Wingdale Community Singers (with Rick Moody and David Grubbs) this time Hannah joins host David Garland to talk about and present her new project in the WNYC studio.
