Morton Gould introduces Pavanne from American Symphonette No. 2.
He then introduces three arrangements of other's works:
"Curtain Time"
"Bewitched" from the Broadway play "Pal Joey"
"Mine" from Gershwin's "Let 'em Eat Cake"
"So in Love" from "Kiss Me Kate"
Next, he discusses the composition of various works:
"Boogie Woogie Etude"
"Concerto for Orchestra" later renamed "Interplay"
"Big City Blues"
The Gould introduces Tchaikovsky's "The Months."
He then discusses a familiar work, an example of "continental music" that Gould rearranged, "Espana Cani"
