Bobby Previte live
In 1940, Spanish artist Joan Miró began a series of paintings inspired by reflections in water and music. That work, named The Constellations, is considered his master-piece and one of the high points of twentieth-century painting. Drummer and composer Bobby Previte was inspired by Miro’s 23 Constellations to write a multimedia music composition. He joins us in light of that piece’s American premiere.

Michael Azerrad's story about the song "I Am Azerrad" appears in the November issue of SPIN, which is out tomorrow, Oct. 28.
