Ten years ago Laurie Berkner was a preschool music teacher by day and folk-rocker by night. She started selling albums out of her living room and ended up a quadruple platinum-selling kids’ music star. She joins us to play live songs from her new record, "Rocketship Run."

My children love her songs. We have her CD in the car and in the house and the kids would dance and sing along. Her songs are untiring and uplifting. Keep writng songs to our chidren..you're the best one out there.
