FYI: The News Hour with Jim Lehrer did a great piece on the "isolation factor" created by iPods, entitled the "iPod People", which is archived on their website. The segment details how iPods limit social interactions.
I would love to get an iPhone but do not want to switch wireless carriers - I am with Verizon right now. Do I have any options? Thanks, Caroline
I don't care about the iPhone. If I could get and receive calls on a can with a string attached to it, I would. Besides, my mp3 player has a touchscreen interface, so this technology is not new to me.
