Reverse Crossover

As J.Lo releases her first album in Spanish tomorrow, we look into the phenomenon of Latin crossover...in reverse. Guests will include producer and songwriter Rudy Perez, who has helped everyone from Christina Aguilera to Beyonce sing in Spanish.

Alessandra Belloni

Alessandra Belloni spent 20 years researching the dances of Southern Italy, participating in all-night rituals, going into possession for the Black Madonna. She joins us to talk about the book that came out of it, “Rhythm Is The Cure,” and will play live with Brazilian singer and composer Siba, leader of the band Mestre Ambrosio.

Timbaland's "Shock Value"

The producer Timbaland has put his stamp on albums by some of today's hottest artists including 50 Cent and Justin Timberlake. Next on his docket are releases by Bjork and Duran Duran. Today, we get a review of his debut solo CD, called "Shock Value," from Michael Endelman, music editor of Entertainment Weekly.
