Nous Non Plus

Two years ago faux French pop band Les Sans Culottes found themselves in a real life court battle. The French have a long tradition of surrendering, and it is in this tradition that Nous Non Plus (Us No More) was born. They play their 60s inspired French pop live in our studio.

Nous Non Plus is performing live at The Mercury Lounge this Saturday, February 24.

Sound Off

Soundcheck

Throughout May, Soundcheck presents “Sound Off” a Friday series on the many aspects of noise in music and our lives. The series -- which coincides with “Better Hearing and Speech Month” -- looks at issues like New York’s noisiest neighborhoods, the latest research on iPods and hearing loss, and what happens when noise becomes a musical ingredient.
