Shahram NazeriPersian Persuasion
Shahram Nazeri is one of most popular singers of Iran and a master of the Persian classical and Sufi repertoires. This weekend he performs a show at Town Hall with his son and disciple, Hafez Nazeri. Today, both artists join us with a live performance. Also, we visit with Rebel. Members of the New York baroque ensemble share their high-octane readings of some of Vivaldi's most popular works. Finally, a look a new sound art exhibition by the group Creative Time. It's called "The Plain of Heaven," and it's inspired by the High Line, the abandoned train line on Manhattan's west side.
