    Orchestra Without Eyes

The Orpheus Chamber Orchestra spent the last thirty years playing orchestral music with a chamber group sensibility. They take this credo so seriously that they don't even use a conductor. Clarinet Charles Neidich will talk about his experience playing with Orpheus and also tell us how they will be making the New York premiere of an Aaron Copland piece that was written over fifty years ago. Plus, classical guitarist Benjamin Verdery performs live. And to usher us into a Valentine's spirit, music critic Anastasia Tsioulcas will tell us about how sex sells -- even in classical music. She'll bring us new sounds of romance such as "Making Out to Mozart," "Bedroom Bliss with Beethoven" (pictured) and "Shacking Up with Chopin."
