L.A.'s Very Be Careful have been rocking the Colombian folk sound known as vallento since the late '90s, and this spring they marked their entrance into another decade with the release of their newest album Escape Room. Drenched in jovial accordion and a mellow, cowbell-accompanied beat, album track "La Abeja" grooves with good-natured liveliness. Tonight VBC roll into Barbes for their once-a-year New York City appearance.
