Since the earthquake in Haiti two weeks ago, many artists have been signing up to play at benefits to raise money to help victims, and tonight the Walkmen will grace a benefit at the Bell House with their wistful, heavenly sound. The band has cornered the market on soaring, bittersweet songs, and this track from the album You & Me is no exception. Underscored by bittersweet organ, lead singer Hamilton Leithauser roars through a yearning melody.
