And, we speak with Ann Chen, the friend who is very generously storing Rutherford's collection in her New York apartment while he's living abroad.

oooh i have both, didn't know that the CD was rare! i thought that macca's grammy performance of abbey road program 4 :) was wonderful, did you have a problem with that? can't figure how he got away with that kisses on the bottom track... brutal.
i am feeling compelled to hand over my vinyl to rutherford, seems like the right thing to do!

Who is Paul McCartney?? I hope Rutherford didn't catch that twitter trend after the Grammy's earlier this week.
In all seriousness I have a vinyl copy of the White album, but one of my prize cd's is the 30th anniversary double cd that was pressed like the LP. Very rare, serial number and identical yet miniature poster inside. Sure enough they put out a 40th anniversary that must be similar.
That said, I'm not getting it! ;)
why? is it for the serial number? it can't be for the music...
