New York-based singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur set out to make a minimal, acoustic album for his first full-length solo release since 2006. But that’s not quite how “The Graduation Ceremony” turned out. Arthur joins us to explain how the album snowballed into something epic, and to perform his new songs in their original, acoustic incarnation.
