The English trio Depeche Mode forged synth-pop in the 1980s, then scored massive hits in the 1990s with songs like “Personal Jesus” and “Enjoy the Silence.” Now, the group has enlisted a crew of wiz to rework its back catalog the collection “Remixes 2: 81-11.” Frontman Dave Gahan joins us to talk about the album, the band and his career. Dave, I don't know exactly where to begin or even how 2 begin 2 thank you for the tremendous voice behind the meaningful, deep songs like; Blasphemous Rumors to Walking In My Shoes, Rush, It's No Good & Many, Many More! I like the new sounds but Original Is Always the Dominator!!

I LOVE HIM, he is the most great of the leadear singer on a band ..wonderfull.When he act in Chile in 1994 & 2009 and the voice ailways good...the charism and power on stage make Dave Gahan a GIANT... I love Stay my fav song of him,I saw all the performances of him in Youtube and live just 2009 ailways he surprise me....I LOVE YOU DAVE!

I do not like this release. especially the new remixes. they are simply poor and boring. remix of Alan Wilder is a great disappointment. older stuff is quite good but their selection should be different.

Everytime I'm out on my bike Iistening and just enjoying this awesome music,been listening since about 85,86,really enjoy listening lokking forward to the new remix,play on play hard and don't give up.
I like the remix but the video does not do it justice and is a bit creepy.

Best band and music ever!!! DM has always been and will always be my inspiration. It makes me want to climb up the highest mounts and do incredible things that seem to be impossible to do.

Depeche Mode has been part of the soundtrack of my life since 1981's release of Speak & Spell. When I listen to that album, and yes, I still call them albums, I can see myself dancing to it with those suave early 80's moves.
I am listening to the show from Bellevue, WA ! I am such a huge fan...I am working and at lunchtime but I could not miss this! I might be late but who cares! David & Depeche Mode you are the best...thank you so much for the wonderful music you have made. Your music inspires me ENORMOUSLY!
