Formed in Berkeley, Calif., The Morning Benders emerged from this spring's South by Southwest music festival with a full head of steam. The band is now living in New York, and member Christopher Chu co-produced the new album Big Echo with Chris Taylor of the local outfit Grizzly Bear. Before three sold-out shows this week and opening slots for Broken Bells and the Black Keys this summer, The Morning Benders join us for a live performance in our studio.
