As die-hard music shoppers prepare to celebrate Record Store Day this weekend, we hear about the companies who provide raw material for the country's remaining brick-and-mortar shops: independent labels. Plus: the indie pioneers of the 1940s and '50s who became major players. Later: the Australian rock duo An Horse plays live in our studio.
