Pulitzer-prize winning author Frank McCourt tells stories -- many of them about the Irish art of storytelling. Now he's added music to it. He joins us for a live performance with the Newman/Oltman Guitar Duo and a string ensemble.
Oh, yeah, Frank, I forgot to say, the drinks are on me. Vic

Dear Frank, Listening to Soundcheck, I recognized your voice then your name...And I have fond memories of that Bloom's Day On Broadway Marathon back in 1987 ~ when I rushed home to my apartment to record that evening's performance. Switching on the radio, setting up the cassettes, I settled down with ULYSSES and just happened to open the book to the exact page where you performers were waiting to begin the Cyclops episode. What a wonderful reading it was, and such luck to have it. Sincerely, Vic Offray P.S. Meet me round the corner at Barney Kearnan's ~ We'll lift a few pints, and pay our respects to the Citizen.

Please tell Frank I know a simple thing he can do - developed by an engineer at Stanford - it's a form of acupuncture - the website is called emofree.com - people are getting amazing results to boost healing and there are no side effects. You just tap on certain meridians. Thanks
