The British rock band Tindersticks has been practicing pop noir for 16 years both on the stage and on the big screen, scoring arthouse French films. They join us to play live songs from their new album, "The Hungry Saw".

The saying is "an idle MIND is the devil's workshop."
Ironically enough, the Tindersticks are one of my favorite bands because to me they embody slothful melancholy. Today's show is kismet!
What about "Lucky old Sun" recently reprised by Brian Wilson and Kenny Chesney. Sloth being an enviable thing.
