Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg is known as one of the most intense and compelling violinists in classical music, who has spent a quarter-century as a performing soloist. Recently, she added another string to her bow – becoming music director of the New Century Chamber Orchestra, a San Francisco-based ensemble. She joins us to share her first recording with the orchestra, featuring works by Piazzolla, Bartok, Assad and Gershwin.

Thank you for becoming the strong disciplined violinist that I only dreamed of being. I practiced hard but hats off to you! We're the same age and I also came from NYC. I have followed and admired you for many years. (well, not many..that sounds old) We met in San Antonio when you performed at the Majestic. I offered (free and I'm sure you get this all the time but I think that you can comprehend the strength and support of one woman to another?)to help you create some art work that would be an awesome visual to go with your dynamic playing!!! Hope you'll take this into consideration! See you at the Majestic in June 2010. BTW, do you have an interest in horses?
Thanks for your time and comsideration!
Dear Ms. Sonneberg: You are one of the best violonists, and there is no question that you are also rich enough to send me some money as a matter of sympathy, because for political reasons, being torn-apar by two countries, Romania and the US, and then the US and Romania, in between 1980 and currently, which has been damaged my career as a music conductor, and with that has been damaged my health and marriage too to a woman according to, and as a result of the even overwhelming massive corruptions, conspiracies, and cover ups in my cases, I have not received not even a penny from my even many times multi-million dollar claims filings for the multiple damages, amongs them heart condition too, in several courts, of course, my cases have also been covered up by the media too, as a result being homeless here in the City of Gheorgheni, Romania, being over 62, so I could use some money, and if so, it should be sent to the PO of the City of Gheorgheni Online. Thank you for your prompt attention and help in this matter. Sincerely, Nagy Pál.
