The lead to the story is correct - it's not easy in the Big Easy. I'm a seasonal resident (summer: NYC - winder: NOLA) I'm paying just as much for my rent in NOLA as I do in BKLYN. However, when friends visit, and I provide the 'devastation tour', the re-building gets better every time, not great, but better. Come on down! Jazz Fest this wknd!
