The thing that is upsetting about this museum is that it represents part of NY history that has been killed off by gentrification. I never thought I would see the day when part of CBGBs would be displayed in a museum.

I gave up when Buena Vista Social Club lost out to Ricky Martin during the grammys. No contest like that has anything to do with music.

Unless there's a little dirty club in the basement of the Hall of Fame, with $5 cover, and three bands every night, there's no way it can encapsulate rock and roll.
