Australian singer-songwriter Greta Gertler is a rising name in New York's downtown singer-songwriter scene. She has opened for Martha Wainwright, Keren Ann and Madeleine Peyroux, co-written two Top 40 songs ("Blow Up the Pokies" and "Charlie 3") and appeared numerous times on national television and radio in Australia and New York. She joins us to share her most recent album, "Edible Restaurant."

Greta Gertler performs tomorrow, Aug. 26, at the Zipper Factory Theater at 8 p.m.
