Producer Peter Siegel personally recorded some of the historic concerts that brought dozens of legendary traditional musicians before city audiences for the first time. Today, he talks about a new Smithsonian Folkways record of concerts featuring Doc Watson, Roscoe Holcomb, Clarence Ashley, and Joseph Spence.
