Job outsourcing is certainly fodder for politicians during election seasons. But what does outsourcing have to do with art? Recently, French officials arrested members of the Bulgarian Orchestra for illegally "importing" eastern musicians. Today on the program, we speak with Peter Grant, author of Blockbusters and Trade Wars and Brian Carney, editorial page editor of the Wall Street Journal Europe, about the implications of cultural protectionism.
