Farm Broadcasters funds drive for the Sister Kenny Institute in the North West. Funds needed to build new wing on the institute to accommodate more patients and continued training of more health care professionals. Description of procedure followed for treatment of polio cases.
Goal is to raise $700,000.
Minnesota had the the most cases of polio during the 1946 epidemic, resulted in major overcrowding at the Sister Kinny Institute.
