Commissioner Wallander and Dr. John F. Mahoney, Commissioner of Health, talk about the Emergency Public Health Division.


Mahoney tells Wallander that the Public Health division is working with all of the other departments. The division's main concerns are hygiene and sanitation. Radiation detection and treatment, first aid instruction, and volunteer recruitment and training.
