The global success of the NIKE company depends greatly on access to cheap production in countries like Indonesia. Stung by bitter criticism that it was grossly exploiting Asian workers, last year NIKE undertook to clean up its act. Nick Franklin looks at what's changed for the laborers in one of Nike's Indonesian factories.
