Tommy tries to get Mr. Piano to talk to him, but he only talks when they are on the air.
Mr. Narrator interprets Mr. Piano's message for the day: Look, Walk and Cross with Safety. Tommy speaks to the piano himself, Mr. Traffic Safety Policeman also arrives.
Tommy and Mr. Traffic Safety Policeman discuss safe bicycle riding, they describe using a tail reflector on bicycles at night, and also encourage riders to wear light colored garments so they can be more easily seen.
Mr. Narrator and Mr. Traffic Safety Policeman review other bicycle safety rules.
