Sol Linowitz discusses the Executive Service Corps, modeled after the Peace Corps, the Executive Service Corps aims to help the foreign aid program by recruiting businessmen near retirement or unsatisfied in their current positions to work in commercial branches of young under developed nations.

Also discusses the struggle between Democratic nations and Communist nations to gain the allegiances of third world peoples.
