This is number five in the five-shot special series of NO SHOWs. Whatever else may happen, it seems certain that this is the last NO SHOW to be broadcast from atop the Municipal Building, where Steve have been befouling the air for lo, these twenty-some years, before the station relocates. So this week, the core of the program is a story Steve told in one of the first NO SHOWS over five years ago. The name of the story is “From High Atop,” a tale of derring-do and –don’t which leaves Steve outside looking in, a not unfamiliar experience. The music will inspire vertigo.
