Family Tree
Sunday, August 27, 2006
After The Broken News, Steve remembers two broken branches of his family tree, and Frank learns who invented the telephone. Latin jazz great, Ray Barretto, is inducted into The NO SHOW Musical Necropolis, and in a macabre mass display of thanatos, NO SHOW listeners share their proposed epitaphs.
The music is dead on.

Gravity & Levity
Sunday, August 20, 2006
The NO SHOW’s resident authority, Emily Levine, shares her ruminations on “Gravity and Levity,” a disquisition that more than justifies her job title: “philosopher/comedian.” The music will leave you wanting more, or perhaps more wanting. [This program was first broadcast June 4,’05.]
Backwards
Sunday, August 13, 2006
Steve Post returns to his roots technologically, not follically, speaking. In an effort to reconstruct the halcyon days of Aunt Fay’s typewriter, Steve dumps his computer, locks up his electric portable, and goes mano a manual. The music supports his best efforts, which are unfortunately few. [This program was first broadcast on Sat., May 28,’05.]
