THEME: “How Long Blues” – Jimmy Yancey, piano
"Paint it Black" – The Rolling Stones
"Bad Moon Rising" - Creedence Clearwater Revival
"Nothing" - The Fugs
"I put a Spell On You" - Screamin' Jay Hawkins
"Oh Death" - Ralph Stanley
"My Name is Death" - Inc. String Band This program, first broadcast on November 14, 2003, is dedicated to the memory of Theodore Gottlieb, born 99 years ago this week. Steve Post, host of the No Show, resurrects the spirit of his friend “Brother Theodore,” the macabre comic and social critic who remains as obscure in death as he was in life. This program will do nothing to change that. Steve does the show entirely dressed in black, and the music is creepy.
