For this New Sounds, hear some recent music from the concert hall. We'll listen to music from the late Alfred Schnittke - his hushed Requiem.
Also, there's something from electronic engineer and self-taught musician, Michel Titin-Schnaider, who writes based on the basic pleasure of "sound immersion." Plus music from Italian singer-songwriter, composer, filmmaker and painter Franco Battiato and Israeli pianist and composer Uri Brener.
