Thanks Michael - just got a brand new James Blackshaw CD which I haven't actually heard yet, but I'll assume is again full of alternate tunings. Watch for that coming soon...
Listened this show while driving back from NYC after having had a lovely dinner on the Hudson river with an even lovelier woman. I've been a guitarist for most of my life, and I've always loved alternate tunings, so some of these selections here are not to be missed.
Highlights include: Ralph Towner's opener 'Time Line', Zum's 'Blackbird' and Lily Afshar's 'Hemispheres'.
