JKM,
What you might call advance listings is partly an accident of our website, sometimes a stroke of luck that we're back here in the evening to put the information online in time for the show, or occasionally part of the grand plan, but is never a done deal. Some days, the staff (that'd be host John Schaefer and assistant me) are just not able to process and post the playlist before we go home for the night. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you'll take advantage of our on-demand audio archive service to catch up with what you might have missed.
I think you should encourage feedback, but I really miss the advance track listings for each show. I have been in the habit of coming to this page more or less daily to see what's cooking for the evening's show. Obviously I can't do that if the track listing is no longer posted on the day of the program.
There have been many times when the text description of an upcoming show has left me feeling lukewarm, but the track listing has piqued my curiosity enough to get me to tune in.
Boo.
