Bill Beutel (WABC TV), Jim Jensen (WCBS TV), and Gabe Pressman (WNBC TV) question Mayor Robert F. Wagner. In his 12th year as Mayor, Wagner says that he plans to pursue a fourth term as Mayor of the City of New York. There are many references to the "power struggles" in state government.
