Monroe Benton reports on the returns from the election, followed by discussion with another radio staffer and announcer Roger Stevens.
Transmission of Eisenhower speech at his election headquarters, he notes that the real work is still ahead and states that a major change must begin on January 20th. He states that in the next few hours he hopes a clear picture of the election results will be known and that "life will be kind to him."
