Jerry White, at Segman headquarters (?) introduces Seymour Siegel, director of communications for the Municipal Broadcasting System and Civil Defense, who briefly interviews Commissioner Wallander, Commissioner Podwano (?) of the Department of Water Supply, Gas, and Electricity, and Commissioner Barron of the Department of Commerce about the air raid demonstrations they've seen. White indicates the Mayor is expected to make an appearance.
