Sydney W. (Bill) Morrell interviewed about the Balkans (they will experience their worst winter in three decades; they were unable to prepare adequately due to post-war conditions.), everyday life in Belgrade (no heat, no change of clothes, long lines for supplies, little food, inflation, Tito, lives of children), and the mechanics of handing out relief supplies.
