Fire Commissioner Lowery requests the cooperation of parents in preventing children from using fireworks. He alerts parents to a firecracker called Cracker Balls, which look like candy and have been the cause of injury to children.


He also reminds listeners that it is illegal to store fireworks and stiff fines will be levied against offenders.
